Creative Minority Report has a post about church design. There is a nice reference and photo of our local cathedral, the Cathedral of the Madeleine. We have a beautiful cathedral that combines a Romanesque exterior with a Gothic interior. It is well worth a visit if you happen to find yourself in Salt Lake City .
It's a super looking Cathedral which is hard to appreciate without seeing it in person.
